PAMELA L. LUTZ
Pamela L. Lutz is an experienced professional mediator. She holds a B.A. from William Paterson University, and was certified in Paralegal Studies at Boston University. She received Mediation training at Rutgers University, including Advanced Mediation Training and Divorce and Child Custody Mediation
She received additional training in Divorce Mediation, including Equitable Distribution, Alimony, Child Support/Use of Guidelines, Domestic Violence, Finances and Taxes, Ethics and Parenting Time from the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM). She also received Advanced Mediation Training from NJAPM. She has been awarded the title of Alternate Dispute Resolution Specialist from the IADR Global (Institute for Advanced Dispute Resolution Global).
Ms. Lutz is a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators; the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR); the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC); and "Mediators without Borders" (International Association for Mediators and ADR Specialists). She is also a non-Attorney Associate Member of the American Bar Association and the Section of Dispute Resolution; and a non-Attorney Associate Member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
She is the founder of Sussex County Mediation Center, LLC, and a substantial part of her practice is devoted to Divorce and Family Mediation.
MICHAEL F. REHILL
Michael F. Rehill, a retired New Jersey Municipal Court Judge, has been practicing law in New Jersey since 1972, with offices in Newark (1977-1987) and Westwood (Bergen County). In 2010, he moved his office to Vernon Township and is sharing offices with the Sussex County Mediation Center. An experienced litigator, a significant portion of his practice has and remains devoted to matrimonial and family litigation. He has also been involved in numerous civil and matrimonial mediations throughout New Jersey from Cape May to Sussex.
A graduate of Wesleyan University (B.A.) and New York Law School (J.D., magna cum laude), in addition to his law practice, Judge Rehill is also a nationally recognized expert in church and canon law. He holds the title of Chancellor emeritus in the Episcopal Diocese of Newark (after 18 years of service as Chancellor and Vice Chancellor), and he served as Chancellor of the Diocese of Pennsylvania from 2007 through 2010. He received training in Divorce Mediation, including Equitable Distribution, Alimony, Child Support/Use of Guidelines, Domestic Violence, Finances and Taxes, Ethics and Parenting Time from the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM).
He is admitted to the Bars of the State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He has appeared in 18 Federal jurisdictions and both the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Dispute Resolution and Family Law Sections), the New Jersey State Bar Association (Dispute Resolution and Family Law Sections), and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.
